APPEARANCE: Bright, crystal clear
NOSE: Medium intensity. Layers of fresh rose, ripe blackcurrant leaf and fragrant lemon verbena
PALATE: Dry, Medium+ body and intensity. Sequenced layers: a vibrant verbena note at the fore provides a citrus uplift quickly followed by fresh and fragrant rose petal. The blackcurrant leaf offers a rounded, generous finish with great length and subtly nuanced complexity. Astonishingly moreish served chilled, with the 45% ABV almost imperceptible.


Fragrant spring lemon verbena, fresh summer rose and ripe, autumnal blackcurrant leaf are tailored into a supple and vibrant gin which stimulates the senses, from its initial citrus burst to the rounded, generous finish.

They founded Cambridge Distillery on the principle that no two botanicals are identical and as such, they need to be treated individually. To achieve this, they developed a unique novo-dimensional distillation matrix in which temperature, timing and pressure are just three of the nine variables that they use to tailor the treatment of each botanical. This means they can distill the freshest and most delicate botanicals and achieve a level of precision vastly beyond that of traditional distillation.
