St Remy Signature Brandy

St-Rémy Signature is the new face for brandy. With this blend, Cécile wanted to shape a new face for brandy by exploring new production processes, while remaining respectful of St-Rémy traditions and historical smooth profile, experimenting a unique double maturation process.

APPEARANCE: Luminous, bright-amber, intensified by fiery, red sparks.

NOSE: A sweet aroma of virgin wood and spices such as vanilla, coconut and almond, as well as fresh fruits.

PALATE: Subtle and smooth. Virgin woody notes are enriched with honey, nut and butter flavors. Fruity notes start fresh, and then become candied. Sweet spices create roundness and balance.

The first maturation in new oak casks delivers spiced notes, indulgence, and vivacity, while the second maturation in traditional casks balances the blend with roundness and sweetness.
