Description

A decadent cask-aged gin from famed Turkish fashion photographer Mert Atlas. Seventy One Gin takes inspiration from the world of perfumers, individually distilling botanicals and blending them back together for a fragrant and balanced composition. This botanicals featured here include the ephemeral Queen of the Night cactus flowers, which bloom at night and wilt by dawn, as well as rose petals and grapefruit peel, alongside classic gin botanicals. The gin is then rested in oak casks for 71 nights, bringing waves of vanilla softness. This would do well simply sipped neat, or will stand out in a Golden Martini.

Angelica, cinnamon, coriander, grapefruit, juniper, rose

Rich, complex, and aromatic with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, tonka bean, and dark chocolate.
