Noam Beer

NOAM was founded with the intention to disrupt the beer market and establish a new image for beer beyond the boundaries of expectations. Why? Because we aim to cultivate a community of creatives that challenge established norms and elevate the status quo by providing products, experiences and platforms to flourish. In 2016 NOAM was founded as a startup within the Technical University of Munich. Through its accelerator program NOAM was able to develop a state of the art product quality at Forschungsbraucherei in Weihenstephan. With its focus to quality and innovation the start-up, which originated at the Technical University Munich started a special technical partnership with Munich’s Traditional Brewery Paulaner. Innovative entrepreneurial spirit merge with long lasting traditional know how in brewing. NOAM is a result of both historic as well as high tech brewing knowledge that Munich is known for worldwide. Our company is family built and strongly influenced by the international and creative spirit of our founder of building a global brand.
