Appearance: Crystal clear with a light, almost ethereal appearance.
Nose: Aromas of banana and pear candy, with hints of miso and freshly steamed rice (Decanter).
Palate: A pure, vinous profile featuring flavors of rice milk, melon, and pear, with a touch of lemon zest for a refreshing lift. The sake is dry, rich, balanced, and crisp, making it versatile for drinking on its own or in cocktails (Caskers) (Liquor Pilot).
