Time : Space Collection
To commemorate The Macallan’s significant milestone of turning 200 Years Young, we embark on a journey where time ebbs and flows and nature protects what is fragile and precious, with spikes surrounding what is beautiful and fragile. Through two limited expressions, we have created a new red spiky world; a visual language where time travel and nature connect and protecting spikes are the heroes.

TIME : SPACE Mastery took inspiration from past whisky masters and the variety of different cask styles available to create layers of complexity with incredible depth of aroma, texture and flavour.
Housed in a uniquely crafted circular vessel symbolising the circle of life and the ongoing journey from the past to the future, TIME : SPACE Mastery is a testament to The Macallan’s enduring legacy of excellence.
TIME : SPACE Mastery integrates everything we have learned on our 200 years long journey directly into the whisky-making process, emphasising the importance of community in crafting a product of this calibre. Our voyage through a spiky red world highlights key ingredients; barley, grapes for sherry seasoning and our exceptional oak casks, culminating in our village, where a community of caretakers assemble these elements into a singular offering.

Inspired by modern day royalty
The 21 Year Old Harris Reed Edition – Royal Salute Whisky
As purveyors of beauty, elegance and wonder, Royal Salute shares many common values with the world of fashion. In collaboration with the bold and brilliant faces of the fashion industry, The Fashion Collection pushes the boundaries of creativity and imagination in whisky to daring new heights.

Inspired by Harris’ perception of modern royalty, the collaboration is the embodiment of luxury, regality and craftsmanship, bringing together two worlds that hold these values at their core.
When embarking on the design process for the collaboration, Harris was drawn to the natural parallels between Royal Salute’s regal heritage and his signature feather headpieces, which he describes as modern day crowns. The feather headpiece became the hero feature of the design, adorning the flagon with a piece of iconography that combined the theatrical word of Harris Reed with the enchanting kingdom of Royal Salute.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Cities of the Future
Johnnie Walker Blue Label Cities of the Future imagines a new tomorrow 200 years from now
Johnnie Walker now has looked to the future to create an inspired vision of tomorrow – journey with Johnnie Walker and walk through a mind-expanding utopian vision of world cities 200 years from now. An innovative collaboration with renowned digital artist Luke Halls sees the whisky brand taking a bold step into the future.

Luke Halls’ illustration of London in the 23rd century explores the theme of AI empowered cities, reimagining the UK capital as a wind energy powered metropolis.
Its layers of classical architecture complemented by lightweight geometric skyscrapers of steel and mirrored glass. Multi-layered green spaces and sky parks climb their exteriors as well as lining the banks of the Thames and covering its bridges. Aerial trains and flying ‘peakbuses’ evolved from the city’s iconic red double-deckers speed between these shining towers on skyrails, providing for the heartbeat of the city and allowing rapid transit from zones 1 to 67.

The Johnnie Walker journey is 200 years in the making, since those early days when founder John Walker first threw open the doors to a small grocery shop in rural Scotland in 1820, the brand always looked to the future with a defiant optimism and a firm belief in progress.
The rare whiskies, intricate craft and innovative collaboration of Johnnie Walker and Luke Halls, make this limited-edition design Johnnie Walker Blue Label the perfect gift to give to the ones who keep walking.

The Johnnie Walker Story
The Johnnie Walker Whisky Story
The story of Johnnie Walker and our whisky history begins, naturally enough, with the man who gave our whisky his name. In 1820, the young farmer’s son started his own grocer’s shop in the thriving town of Kilmarnock. His father had died the year before and the farm sold. It was a tough start in life, but there was always something special about John. A glint in his eye. A fire in his belly.

John had a natural gift for business. He also had a genius for Whisky.
Within the year, the family farm had been sold and the money used to set him up with his own grocer’s shop in the thriving local town of Kilmarnock. It was a smart move. In those days, most grocers stocked a line of single malts, but they were never consistent. This wasn’t good enough for John. So he started blending them together to create a whisky that tasted just as good every time.
It proved an extremely popular addition to the inventory.
When John passed away after a full and prosperous life in 1857, he left his son, Alexander, with a very healthy business. These were fast-moving times. Britain was the pulsating heart of an Industrial Revolution that was set to change absolutely everything. In Kilmarnock, the railway had arrived, carrying goods to great ships travelling to the four corners of the world. Like his father, Alexander knew a good opportunity when he saw one.
